PadosiPro Legal

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective version: February 2026 · Operated by Hanmanth Rao Koudekar trading as PadosiPro.

PART A · Terms of Service

Contract terms governing account use, task coordination, payments, lifecycle, vendor model, liabilities, and dispute handling.

01The PadosiPro Promise

When you choose PadosiPro, you are not booking a service. You are handing over the responsibility of making that service happen — finding the right person, scheduling the right time, following through, and returning to you with proof that it is done.

PadosiPro is operated by Hanmanth Rao Koudekar trading as PadosiPro ("PadosiPro", "we", "us", "our"). We operate an accountable lifestyle management platform for premium urban households in India.

These Terms and Conditions govern every interaction as a Customer, Vendor, Lifestyle Manager, or any other registered user across website, app, and human-assisted channels.

02Acceptance of These Terms

Your use of PadosiPro constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

If we update these Terms, continued use after the effective date will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy and service-specific guidance. In case of inconsistency, these Terms prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

03Our Role — Coordination and Accountability, Not Direct Service

PadosiPro is a coordination and accountability platform. Service execution is performed by independent third-party Vendors, not by PadosiPro employees.

We are accountable for coordination outcomes: assignment, lifecycle supervision, proof collection, and escalation. We are not the party physically performing the service.

For high-stakes and regulated categories, coordination is handled exclusively by a Lifestyle Manager who owns the task end-to-end.

04Who Can Use PadosiPro

Platform usage is for individuals 18+ who are legally capable of contracting under Indian law. Household and corporate use is permitted subject to onboarding rules.

Vendor onboarding may require valid registrations, background-check consent, verified payout details, and category-aligned service catalogues.

We may decline or suspend registrations where required for safety, legal compliance, or trust integrity.

05Creating and Protecting Your Account

You are responsible for account credential security and all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify legal@padosipro.com immediately.

You must provide accurate and current account information. Inaccurate information may cause task failure for which we are not responsible.

06Our Services — What PadosiPro Coordinates

PadosiPro coordinates across fourteen categories including Errands, Home Services, Travel, Health & Medical Coordination, Senior Care, NutriFix, Fashion & Styling, Events, Religious/Cultural, Workforce Management, Business Support, Digital & Tech, Relocation, and Education.

Category availability may vary by city and locality and may change over time.

Tasks operate via Direct Marketplace mode or Lifestyle Manager-owned mode, with high-stakes and regulated tasks restricted to LM-supported flow.

07How Every Task Works — The Lifecycle

Task states: Draft, Submitted, Confirmed, Assigned, In Progress, Proof Submitted, Under Review, Completed, Disputed, Closed.

Proof of completion is required for managed/high-sensitivity categories and encouraged for simpler tasks.

A 48-hour review window applies after proof submission. If no dispute is raised in time, task auto-completes and payout is released.

Task records and proof are retained in Family Vault for a minimum of 24 months.

08Pricing, Coordination Fees, and Payments

PadosiPro charges a Coordination Fee as a percentage of Gross Task Value. Applicable fee is disclosed at checkout before confirmation.

Urgency/Rescue fees may apply for same-day or emergency requests and are disclosed before confirmation.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store full card details or CVV.

For high-stakes/regulated tasks, partial advance may be collected. Vendor payout release is tied to proof-backed closure or lapse of review window.

09Lifestyle Manager Subscription

Subscription includes a named Lifestyle Manager, unlimited intake/routing/coordination within plan scope, proactive updates, priority handling, and Family Vault continuity.

Out-of-scope or high-stakes tasks may incur additional category-specific coordination fees with explicit customer approval.

Subscription auto-renews monthly. Cancellation takes effect end-of-cycle; no pro-rata refund for mid-cycle cancellation.

LM reassignment may occur for operational reasons. Replacement and context transfer are guaranteed.

10Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Before vendor assignment: full refund. After assignment: cancellation fee may apply if preparation/travel has occurred.

Vendor no-show/cancellation: full refund and reassignment attempt within SLA.

Rescheduling up to 2 hours before slot is typically free, subject to availability.

Quality disputes must be raised within 48 hours of proof submission. Valid disputes may result in rework, credit, or partial/full refund.

Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days. Subscription fees are non-refundable once cycle starts.

11Our Vendors and Service Partners

Vendors are independent contractors, not employees or legal representatives of PadosiPro.

PadosiPro owns coordination accountability; delivery liability remains with the executing Vendor.

Vendors are subject to SLA, proof standards, code of conduct, and non-solicitation obligations.

12Your Obligations as a Platform User

  • Provide accurate task descriptions and material information.
  • Set realistic budget caps and approve spends promptly.
  • Ensure availability (or designate an adult) at service time.
  • Treat Vendors, LMs, and staff respectfully.
  • Do not bypass platform payment rails for platform-introduced work.
  • Do not use platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.

  • Report misuse promptly.

13Liability Limits

PadosiPro is accountable for coordination outcomes (assignment, supervision, escalation, proof).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for a single task is capped at the Coordination Fee paid for that task.

No liability for indirect/consequential damages, or service outcomes that are direct acts/omissions of independent Vendors.

Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PadosiPro, founders, team, and partners from claims arising from your breach of Terms, unlawful use, fraudulent information, rights violations, or third-party claims linked to your submitted tasks/conduct.

15Intellectual Property

All platform assets (brand, logo, design system, lifecycle framework, Family Vault concept, software, and associated IP) are owned by Hanmanth Rao Koudekar trading as PadosiPro.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal platform use.

Content you submit grants PadosiPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to operate and improve services.

16Account Suspension/Termination

You may deactivate account anytime, subject to closure of active tasks and settlement of dues.

PadosiPro may suspend/terminate for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, unlawful behavior, platform risk, or repeated payment failures.

17Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first go through in-app resolution.

If unresolved, disputes are referred to arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English.

Either party may seek urgent interim relief from competent courts.

18Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Subject to arbitration, courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
