Lifestyle Manager
10 open positionsBe the dedicated human behind a set of premium households — manage every request end-to-end, coordinate vendors, and return with proof that it's done.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests across home management, senior care, travel, healthcare, errands, events, and lifestyle services.
- Call prospective customers, understand their requirements, and assist them through smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Research, onboard, and manage vendor relationships across service categories.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and day-to-day operational updates.
- Take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and contribute to startup growth.
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and people skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-first mindset with genuine ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and smartphones for daily work.
- Graduate; experience in operations, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Based in Hyderabad and open to a hybrid schedule.
Sales Manager
1 open positionOwn the top of the funnel — turn leads from every channel into happy PadosiPro families and drive growth, content, partnerships, and launch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leads from the website, WhatsApp, social media, and referral channels.
- Call prospective customers, understand requirements, and convert them through onboarding.
- Create social media posts, reels, stories, and basic marketing content.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and voice-over artists for content production.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and pipeline updates.
- Support business development, partnerships, marketing campaigns, and launch activities.
- Take ownership of targets, solve problems proactively, and contribute to startup growth.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in sales, growth, or business development (startup experience a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills across calls, chat, and social media.
- Hands-on with social media content and basic marketing tools.
- Comfortable owning targets, CRM hygiene, and disciplined follow-ups.
- Self-starter with high ownership and a bias for action.
- Based in Hyderabad and open to a hybrid schedule.
