About PadosiPro

PadosiPro is a lifestyle management company. Each household we serve gets one dedicated Lifestyle Manager who runs the day-to-day of the home and coordinates everything it needs: household staff, groceries, repairs, appointments, deliveries and errands. Many of our families are busy professionals or have children living abroad, so the role is about real ownership and follow-through.

What you will do

• Staff management: plan daily duties for the 6-member household staff team, track attendance, follow up on tasks and keep quality consistent.
• Kitchen and groceries: keep the pantry and kitchen stocked, plan purchases, place orders and check deliveries.
• Service and repairs: book and supervise electricians, plumbers, AC and appliance service, pest control and other vendors, and follow each job until it is closed.
• Couriers and deliveries: receive, check and log parcels and documents.
• Scheduling: book and track appointments (doctors, services, school-related errands) and send the family daily reminders.
• Housekeeping standards: run regular checklists for cleanliness and upkeep of the home.
• Wardrobe organisation: keep a small wardrobe area organised.
• Expiry checks: check food, medicines and household products on a regular schedule and replace what is expiring.
• Expenses and inventory: record household spending, keep receipts, maintain an inventory of supplies and share a simple weekly summary.

Who we are looking for

• Graduate or postgraduate: hotel or hospitality management, BBA/MBA, or any degree with strong organising skills.
• Freshers with internship, event or operations experience are welcome; 1 to 3 years in hospitality, front office, housekeeping supervision, admin or operations is a plus.
• Confident communicator in English and Hindi; Bengali is a strong advantage.
• Organised, discreet and dependable, comfortable directing a team respectfully.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel, and simple apps for orders and payments.
• Based in Kolkata, or willing to relocate before the start date.

Selection process
