Can you handle bank work if I live abroad?

Do you handle money or access my account?
No. Your Lifestyle Manager carries documents, stands in the queue and submits paperwork. Anything requiring account access, a signature or an authorisation stays with you or your bank — we coordinate the errand, we do not operate the account.
What if the bank asks for something we did not anticipate?
