Errands & Daily Tasks
The little things. Handled.
Bill payments, document pickups, bank visits, queue-standing — the invisible work that eats your day.
What errands & daily tasks actually involves
Errands are rarely difficult. They are just relentless, and they land during working hours. A bill that has to be paid in person, a document that needs notarising, a queue at the bank or the passport office that will take a morning whichever day you pick. None of it is hard, and all of it costs you the part of the day you cannot get back.
PadosiPro handles these as ordinary requests. You message your Lifestyle Manager the way you would message a friend who happens to be nearby, and they take it from there: the pickup, the queue, the counter conversation, the follow-up when the office says come back tomorrow. You get a photo or a receipt when it is done rather than a status page to check.
The value is not any single errand. It is that you stop holding the list. Most households find the same handful of things recur every month, and once the Lifestyle Manager knows your building, your bank and which documents you keep where, the asking gets shorter each time.

Errands & Daily Tasks — common questions
Can someone stand in a queue at a bank or government office for me?
Yes, for anything that does not legally require you to be present in person. Your Lifestyle Manager holds the queue position, handles the counter conversation where the process allows it, and tells you when you need to arrive so you are only there for the part that genuinely needs you.
What happens if the office turns the work away or asks for another document?
That is common, and it is the part that usually costs a second day off work. Your Lifestyle Manager tells you exactly what was asked for, arranges the missing piece where they can, and goes back. You are not restarting the errand from scratch each time.
How do I know an errand was actually completed?
Each completed request comes back with proof appropriate to the task — a photo, a receipt, a stamped acknowledgement, a reference number. You are not asked to take it on trust.
Do I have to book each errand in advance?
No. Requests go to your Lifestyle Manager over WhatsApp as they come up. Some things are genuinely same-day, others depend on an office's hours or a vendor's availability, and your Lifestyle Manager will tell you which one you are dealing with rather than let you assume.
