Events & Management
One vendor. No chaos.
Weddings, mehendi, birthdays, pujas — one PadosiPro manager owns catering, décor, photography, coordination.
What events & management actually involves
Hosting anything at home means becoming a project manager on the day you least want to be one. A birthday, a housewarming, a puja, an anniversary dinner — each needs caterers, decorators, cleaning before and after, and a dozen small confirmations, and every one of those is a separate person to chase.
PadosiPro collapses that into one point of contact. Your Lifestyle Manager books the vendors, holds the schedule, confirms the day before, and is on hand while it runs, so a decorator arriving late is a problem they are solving rather than one you discover mid-event.
The most valuable part is usually the least visible: someone tracking what has actually been confirmed. Most home events go wrong not through a dramatic failure but because a vendor everyone assumed was booked never was.

Events & Management — common questions
How far ahead should I ask?
As soon as the date is fixed. Good caterers and decorators book out, and wedding and festival season tightens availability sharply, so the lead time is usually set by vendor calendars rather than by how much work the event takes.
Will someone be present during the event?
For events where it makes sense, yes — so vendor arrivals, timings and problems are handled without pulling you away from your own guests.
Can you work with vendors we already use?
Yes. If you have a caterer you trust, your Lifestyle Manager coordinates with them rather than replacing them, and fills in the gaps around them.
Do you handle cleanup afterwards?
Yes, and it is worth arranging up front. Post-event cleaning is the piece most often forgotten at booking time and most missed the next morning.
