Your Lifestyle Manager arranges the technician, is answerable for whether they arrive, and stays with the job through completion rather than handing you a contact and stepping away. When work needs redoing, chasing it is their problem, not yours.
That accountability matters most for the jobs you cannot easily inspect. Deep cleaning, pest control, waterproofing and electrical work are all easy to do badly in ways that only show up later, so completion comes with photographs and, where relevant, a note on what the technician found rather than a bare 'done'.

Are the technicians PadosiPro sends vetted?
Yes. PadosiPro works through a vetted vendor network rather than whoever is available, and the same vendors are used repeatedly so their track record is known. Your Lifestyle Manager stays accountable for the outcome regardless of which vendor does the work.
What happens if the work is done badly?
Tell your Lifestyle Manager. Getting it put right — rebooking the vendor, escalating, or using a different one — is handled for you. The point of a single accountable person is that a redo is not a fresh negotiation you have to run yourself.
Can PadosiPro handle a home I do not live in?
Yes, and it is one of the more common requests, particularly from families living abroad. Because completion comes back with photographs, you can see the state of a property you are not able to visit.
Do you handle one-off repairs or only ongoing maintenance?
Both. A single blocked drain is a perfectly normal request. Households that use it regularly tend to drift toward a rhythm — seasonal AC servicing, an annual deep clean — because the Lifestyle Manager already knows the property.
