Every few months
- AC servicing and filter cleaning
- Pest control
- Checking for water leaks or seepage
- Testing smoke detectors and safety equipment, if installed
Seasonal
- Pre-monsoon: roof and drainage checks, waterproofing where needed
- Pre-summer: AC servicing before peak demand (and before service providers get booked out)
- Post-festival season: deep cleaning after Diwali/Ganesh Chaturthi decorations come down
Annually
Electrical wiring checks, a full deep clean, and a general walk-through to catch anything that's been quietly deteriorating.
